Your Place Abroad After Sales - Property Management
Your Place Abroad offer a full property management, maintenance and cleaning programme to ensure your investment receives the best possible care and attention, so you can be assured your home is secure and in safe hands and knowing that your guests will leave with only the utmost praise for both your home and our service.
We pride ourselves on our excellent level of service and take great satisfaction in offering you and your guests a personal and flexible service. Our teams on resort are conscientious, trustworthy and dedicated, their aim is to ensure the security and cleanliness of your place abroad and the comfort of your guests.

Fees
The fees we charge are easily recouped by regular letting and it is our intention to make sure that each booking goes as smoothly as possible, resulting in guests wishing to re-book for the following year and recommending your property to their friends and family, word of mouth advertising is always the best form of advertising you can get!
We provide a tailored service to suit any owner, starting with our standard Bronze package and going through to our Gold package, or alternatively we can provide a package that most fits your needs. Whatever you need from furnishing your home to building quotes we are more than willing to assist.
Security
A property that is visited regularly has a higher security profile, so you are safe in the knowledge that your property is safe, your recommendation is our next income, so your home is as important to us as it is to you. When we visit your property we check everything is clean and tidy, we turn on or off all the services, we test the equipment, gas , electricity, light bulbs etc. to ensure whoever arrives, the apartment is in perfect condition. Log books are held on each property and we submit regular reports to our owners.
Should there be any major damage, we take digital photos which we forward onto the owner before we take instruction as to the best way to proceed. We charge hourly for maintenance and parts or fittings are supplied at cost. If a specialist is required i.e. an electrician or plumber, we only work with tried and trusted tradesmen and we oversea every aspect of the work. We always obtain quotes on your behalf before gaining approval for any major work to be carried out. Any work is charged against your account.
Cleaning
The cleaning is the key to success in the rental market, we visit the property after each letting and clean from top to bottom, we replace toilet rolls and laundry, each owner should provide 3 sets of linen and towels, we are more than happy to provide quotes and supply them. All apartments are cleaned and laundered once a week when in use. Additional cleaning and maid service can be arranged at an additional cost.
If you have purchased your property through us we will help and advise you regarding all the above, if your property is already furnished we will inspect the property and advise what if anything needs to be done to ensure it meets our high standards. The most important thing to remember is that if the property is well maintained and comfortable the clients will re-book and recommend which is the ultimate goal!

Bronze
Monthly visit when empty. Includes security, insect infestation and damp check. Minor maintenance, light bulbs etc.
Cost = £45.00 / 60.00€ per month
Silver
Fortnightly visit when empty. Includes security, insect infestation and damp check. Minor maintenance, light bulbs etc. Clear out post box and forward mail. Plant care and watering.
Cost = £55.00 / 80.00€ per month
Gold
Weekly visit when empty. Includes security, insect infestation and damp check. Minor maintenance, light bulbs etc. Clear out post box and pay utility bills. Plant care and watering.
Cost = £65.00 / 95.00€ per month
