Peterborough United Golf Day
Wednesday 26th April saw the Your Place Abroad sponsored Peterborough United benefit golf day take place. Peterborough Milton Golf Club held the event in front of Sky TV cameras.
Competitors included former England goalkeeper David Seaman, Sheffield Wednesday striker David Hirst and Your Place Abroad and event ambassador Ron Atkinson.

After the golf followed a charity auction with many nice pieces of sporting memorabilia and other lots on offer. A great day was had by all, raising a lot of money for the club.

Your Place Abroad appoint The Union as their first Marketing Agency.
Following a thorough review of their marketing requirements Your Place Abroad the fast-growing Cheshire-based overseas residential property development company has appointed The Union as their first marketing agency, to assist with their ambitious growth plans.
The Union’s Direct divisions first task, which begins immediately, is to develop a sales brochure for Your Place Abroad covering their portfolio of residential property in resorts including Spain, Canary Islands, Portugal, Morocco, Florida and the Caribbean.

More Britons Than Ever Chase A Place In The Sun
A huge demand for homes in the sun has seen Briton’s spending on properties overseas increase by 45pc in four years. The number of them owning second homes abroad now exceeds a quarter of a million people, at 257,000.
The official Social Trends report today says British families have invested more than £23 billion in overseas property, with most of that invested in Spain and France although increasing numbers are turning to Canada, the Caribbean and New Zealand.
