10% Discount Offer on Mallorca

Last year we released the first phase of the Pinars de Murada development (50 2 and 3 bed villas) on the south east coast of Mallorca. The total project will consist of 333 units made up of mainly villas along with a small selection of duplexes and apartments. The development has large green areas and vegetation (over 40%) and comes complete with its own social club with extensive communal pool and garden area complete with children’s playground. Also incorporated within the social club is a bar, restaurant, Jacuzzi’s sauna, shower’s, changing rooms etc.

Marina Caribe Apart-Hotel

We are extremely pleased to announce the pre-launch of our superb, long awaited “Marina Caribe Apart-Hotel” project.

Apartments vary in cost from £45,000 for a studio, 1 beds from £56,000 and 2 beds from £82,000. As this is pre-release, we would like to point out that our project is in the final throes of planning with the authorities on Margarita, and is expected to be formalised in the next two or three weeks. As such, some minor alterations may be deemed necessary, but are unlikely to affect purchasers in any large degree.
